Hello Little Red Villagers and Welcome back to Season 2 of Little Red Village formerly known as #ICanDoThat! For this upcoming season we have made a couple of changes based on feedback from our followers and fellow Villagers. Our first and most important change will be switiching from instagram live to a podcast format. Podcasting will reduce several technical issues that come with IG live and will allow our listeners to easily find new episodes or go back and re-listen to their favorites. The second change we have made (which you might have noticed already), is to the name of our show. We are switching from #ICanDoThat to Little Red Village, our team believes that this name change is more inclusive and will allow us to build a community of professionals that can give the very best career advice to parents with fashion curious kids.
By the end of Season 2 we will be making worksheets available for several episodes and detailed educational show notes that will be both kid and adult friendly. These show notes will include things like: fashion vocabulary, geography, cultural context & education, and a short summary of our guests career. All of this will be in addition to our transcripts, which can be found on the blog by filtering for Little Red Village Transcripts and Little Red Village Show Notes.
Parents! If you are looking for extra for extra educational material, are homeschooling, or just want an activity that will foster a discussion with your child, we will be releasing a general podcast worksheet by the end of 2022.
